Mae Cydweithfa Dai Bodfrigan yn gwmni cydweithredol cwbl gydfuddiannol sydd wedi'i leoli yn Lodge Park ger Tre'r Ddol. Ym mis Mehefin y llynedd cynhaliom ddigwyddiad agored yn Siop a Chaffi Cymunedol Cletwr i siarad â chyfranogwyr am y syniadau oedd gennym ar gyfer cydweithfa Bodfrigan, ac i chwilio am syniadau a chyfraniadau wrth y gymuned ehangach. Wrth weithio gyda'ch holl syniadau rydym bellach wedi treulio blwyddyn yn creu'r strwythur busnes cydweithredol ffurfiol, ac yn ceisio am y caniatâd cynllunio angenrheidiol i greu'r gofodau cyfarfod amlbwrpas ar gyfer pobl leol, ac o bell. Rydym yn nawr yn chwilio am yr arian i wireddu cynlluniau'r gymuned. Nid oes gennym yr arian sydd angen ar hyn o bryd i wireddu'r holl freuddwydion. Rydym yn brysur yn cynllunio ceisiadau am gyllid, a byddwn yn gwerthfawrogi eich cymorth. Bydden ni wrth ein bodd pe baech chi i gyd yn gallu dod i Bodfrigan i ni eich tywys o gwmpas, ac i ni ddylunio'r lleoedd gyda'n gilydd - ond mae’r cyfnod clo wedi gwneud hynny'n anodd. Felly gwyliwch y fideo hwn i gael gwell syniad o'r hyn y mae Bodfrigan yn ei gynnig. Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn gobeithio am ail rownd o syniadau gennych chi, felly gallwn sicrhau ein bod yn creu rhywbeth addas i bawb sydd â diddordeb yn y prosiect. Rydym hefyd yn awyddus i ddefnyddio’r sgiliau a chryfderau unigryw sydd eisoes yn ein cymuned. Mae ymgynghori yn broses bwysig iawn i ni. Mae'n gyfle i glywed lleisiau, gweledigaethau, pryderon a syniadau eraill am ddatblygiad Bodfrigan. Mae hefyd yn broses sy'n esgor ar gyfer sgyrsiau diddorol, ac yn dod a phethau i'r amlwg nad ydym efallai wedi meddwl amdanynt. Mae'r holiadur canlynol yn gofyn cwestiynau ynghylch sut y gallech ddefnyddio'r gwahanol ofodau y mae'r gymuned wedi'u cynnig, a sut y gallai pob un ohonom ddefnyddio'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau sydd gennym eisoes, adeiladu arnynt a llenwi unrhyw fylchau sydd yn ymddangos yn ein cymuned. Mae Bodfrigan wedi'i leoli ychydig y tu allan i Tre'r ddol sydd eisoes â siop a chaffi Cletwr, menter sy'n cael ei redeg gan gymuned. Gall Bodfrigan cynnig gofod arall i'r gymuned sy'n ehangu pa leoedd sydd ar gael i ddefnyddio gyda'n gilydd, heb ddyblygu na chystadlu â'r hyn sydd gennym yn barod.

Bodfrigan Housing Cooperative is a fully mutual cooperative based at Lodge Park Nr Tre'r ddol, we do not currently own the property which is still privately owned but hope that the freehold purchase will take place over the next few years. In June last year we held an open event an the Cletwr Community Shop and Cafe talking with participants about ideas we had for the Bodfrigan Coop, and seeking ideas and contributions from the wider community. Working with all your ideas we have now spent 12 months creating the formal cooperative business structure and seeking the necessary planning permission to create the functional and multi-purpose spaces of use to people near and far.
Now we are looking for the funding that can make the communities plans reality, we haven't got the money right now to make all the dreams happen. We are busy planning funding applications, and we would appreciate your help.
We would love to have you all up to Bodfrigan to show you around and so we could all design the spaces together, but lock-down is making that tricky, so please do watch this video to get a better idea of what Bodfrigan is proposing.
At this point we are hoping for a second round of ideas from you, so we can make sure that we are creating something fit for everyone interested in the project. We are also keen to utilize the unique skills, and strengths of that our community already has. Consultation is a really important process to us. It is a space to hear other voices, visions, concerns and ideas about the development of Bodfrigan. It is also a process that allows for interesting conversations, and things to emerge that we may not have thought about.
The following questionnaire asks questions about how you might use the various spaces that the community has proposed and how we all might use the knowledge and skills we already have, build on them and fill in any gaps that we see in our community.
Bodfrigan is located just outside Tre'r ddol which already has the amazing Cletwr community run shop and cafe. Bodfrigan can contribute another usable space for our community that expands what spaces we have to use collectively, without replicating or competing with what we already have.
