With 3.5 acres to care for Bodfrigan has the space to provide habitat and home for many things. It is our intention to create a haven for wildlife, whilst managing our woodlands and pasture land effectively for our own use and in equilibrium with all those that need to share it. We have vegetable gardens, chickens, rescue hedgehogs, bees, wilder spaces and more managed ornamental areas. We use ideas from permaculture to create our land plans and are working towards a finished design that will grow organically into the future.
