Bodfrigan aims to provide secure tenancy for individuals, groups and families that want to live in community, share and explore life with others and care for their homes and their land in intentional partnership. Once the coop has bought the freehold the land, buildings and communal spaces will be coo-owned, and managed cooperatively, with separate dwellings owned with long leaseholds. .

We are still working towards the freehold purchase however, and Bodfrigan has an agreement with the current owners that it has five years (starting march 2021) to raise the capital needed to buy the property.
